Moisture Meters Moisture meters measure the percentage of water in solids, gases, and hydrocarbon liquids through a variety of invasive or non-invasive technologies.
Industrial moisture meters measure trace amounts of moisture, ensuring precise percentage readouts during food production, manufacturing, building trades, and more. They are commonly found in weather stations but are also important tools for analyzing ventilation systems, aerodynamics testing, HVAC balancing, fume hood verification, and other applications in which the movement of air is a primary concern.
Sound Level Meters Sound level meters track and measure the strength of sound waves. These meters are primarily manufactured as handheld, portable devices.
They are often referred to as dosimeters, sound pressure level meters, or decibel meters and are useful tools for making sure sound levels comply with regulatory requirements. Light Meters Light meters are precise instruments designed to quantify the amount of light, both natural and artificial, to ensure optimal levels of lighting to reduce the energy burden of buildings while fulfilling compliance with OSHA regulations.
Also referred to as lux meters, they are useful tools in building design and operation as they allow for routine efficiency audits.
Multimeters Electrical testers that combine several measurement functions into one unit, making it an essential instrument for testing or troubleshooting electrical problems in a wide array of industrial and household devices. Multimeters measure amperage, volts, or a combination of the two, making them essential tools for any electrical technician.
Clamp Meters Clamp meters use wide jaws that clamp around the outside of an electrical conductor to provide non-contact current measurements. These meters commonly measure voltage, resistance, continuity, capacitance, and more. Clamp meters can perform analyses in the field on live conductors without interrupting the circuit.
